The Association of European Metropolitan Chambers reconvened in Athens on 10-11 June 2024 after the pandemic, with twelve delegates attending the event at the invitation of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Representatives arrived from Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Turkey, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The gathering aimed to foster experience sharing among European chambers and enhance collaborative efforts.
The Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) seized this opportunity to highlight its achievements in SMART initiatives and innovation, including the Chamber Trust Mark, now celebrating its second year. SMART principles encompass sustainability, measurability, acceptability, relevance, and trust. The BCCI remains dedicated to collaborating with fellow European chambers in order to enhance joint endeavours.
