BCCI supports the foreign market expansion of capital-strong domestic businesses through various business forums and international fairs. As part of this effort, today's business networking event was organized in collaboration with the Dubai Chambers, where executives from Budapest-based companies with revenues exceeding 250 million euros were introduced to the advantages of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce's global network.
Between September 23-25, a delegation from the Dubai Chambers, aimed at identifying potential Hungarian investors, visited Budapest.
Abdulla Baqer, Regional Director for the Middle East, CIS region, and Eastern Europe at the Dubai-based chamber organization, explained that by establishing a company in Dubai, a business gains access to the global business network of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, which consists of more than 235,000 members. The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, together with two other chambers, operates under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, which assists companies with market entry through preliminary evaluations, facilitates administration, and establishes business connections.
At the business forum, innovative Hungarian companies ready for foreign market entry were presented, including those from the energy sector, food industry, dietary supplements, HR and financial services, and healthcare products markets.
As Elek Nagy, President of the BCCI and host of the event, noted, "Thanks to the strong international presence of the Budapest Chamber, we can effectively support Budapest businesses in exploring new business opportunities and entering foreign markets."
In collaboration with the Dubai Chambers, Emirati organizations, and diplomatic institutions, BCCI will continue to seek opportunities and create platforms where Hungarian companies can familiarize themselves with Dubai's business prospects.
